Jenna our bartender was absolutely amazing. Food was excellent, we couldn't decide which beer we loved ( not liked) the best!! Service was on point! Jenna was absolutely abundant with knowledge of all Styles,bite and full flavor Brews on tap brewed in house. Atmosphere and patrans were of excellent caliber. Can't wait to come back!!!

Down a alley-like road, you will find Ellison Brewery and Spirits. A hidden gem. While limited on parking, it is a must try. They have outdoor and indoor seating, a combination of lounge seating, high tops, and low tops. We tried their beer flight of light beer options. With a favorite being the El Chongo. Started with the Deviled Eggs appetizer; Avocado/Jalepeno was smooth and the tortillas gave it a nice crunch, not too spicy; Cucumber Dill was light and not over powering; Maple Bacon and Chive , bacon was cooked perfectly, and was awesome. The Classic West Coast burger was hands down the best smash burger I've had. Legit smash burger, not like those wannabe patties.. The Chicken Sandwich was crispy and juicy. The fries were golden and paired well with their homemade ranch. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Neat brewery tucked into a small industrial sort of side street, we went on a Saturday and enjoyed the aesthetic but were a bit disappointed with how few people were there for a Saturday. My friend mentioned that the brewery used to be much busier in the past. Hoping for the best in the future for this brewery The beers were tasty and we tried the spirits which we also enjoyed. The outdoor space could use a little more attention/love to really take advantage of the vibes on the industrialish street.

A quaint unusual little place. I’m pretty sure the brewery part makes all their alcohol and food is made in a truck outside (but still ordered via a bartender or server). Food and drinks were good. They had a selection of cards and games to pick from to kill time. Tables were a weird texture and sticky. Menus had MANY lines of sharpie with things crossed out. Drinks were confusing to order. Our server seemed confused by our questions but always tried to get an answer. The building is behind a bunch of industrial warehouses, but once you spot the fairy lights outside it’s easy to find. Parking is limited so carpool if it’s busy.

Fun place to get a drink! Loved the vibe! Sat at the bar. We will be back to sit outside in the summer! Hidden gem!
